Order Processing and Shipping Time

We understand that waiting for your order to arrive can be frustrating, which is why we make every effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once you place an order with Parts Pioneer, we will process it on the same day if it is placed before 05:00 AM Eastern Time on a business day. Orders placed after 05:00 AM or on a non-business day (such as weekends and public holidays) will be processed on the next business day. Shipping and delivery typically take 1-3 business days, depending on your location. Please note that all delivery estimates mentioned throughout the website are in business days, and public holidays are excluded from these estimates. While we strive to meet these timelines, they are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

At Parts Pioneer, we believe in offering our customers transparent and fair pricing on all our products, including shipping. That is why we offer fast, free shipping on all orders above $90 within the United States. For all orders less than $90, there is a flat rate shipping fee of $15.

Orders below $90 => $15
Note: Some rural, RR, and remote areas may be excluded from this policy. In such cases, we will contact you to make further arrangements.

Priority Delivery

For customers opting for Priority delivery, please be aware that while we aim for a swift delivery within 2 business days, this estimate is not guaranteed. If your Priority delivery order arrives after 2 business days, you are eligible for a refund on the priority fee only. No further reimbursement will be provided.

Order Tracking

That's why we provide tracking information for all orders, which we will email you once your package is on its way.
